full tear off and new roofing system of Certainteed Northgate Asphalt Architectural shingles on a 3800 SQF roof with a Single layer tear off.

Drip edge will be replaced as needed but it is not subject to complete replacement unless it is in bad shape.
Quote includes a 30 year standard warranty via Certainteed 10 yr. workmanship warranty via Reliable Roofing and Construction.
